Not at all. About half our participants come as singles, and many of our retreats and workshops are specifically designed to be equally transformative for people without a partner. Much of the work begins with your relationship with yourself — which is the foundation of any relationship you’ll ever have.

Yes — most people who join us have never attended a tantra retreat or workshop before, and our programmes are designed with that in mind. Our introductory Conscious Couples evening and the Tantra Essence 2-day workshop are ideal starting points, with everything explained clearly and all practices offered as invitations rather than requirements.

Tantra School of Love is an international tantra school founded by Omid Offer, offering retreats, workshops, online courses, and mentorship for singles and couples across Europe and worldwide. The school is rooted in classical tantra adapted for modern life — heart-centred, consent-based, and focused on real intimacy, presence, and personal transformation rather than performance or dogma. Our school is founded on a simple principle: Love is the path and the destination. Unlike schools that focus only on the physical or only on the mystical, we bring both together. We empower the feminine essence at the core of our method, create safe, inclusive spaces for singles and couples, teach practical tools you can use in everyday life — not just at a retreat — and hold a strong ethical foundation to protect the integrity of Tantra.

Tantra School of Love is an international school with presence in various countries around the world — with strong presence in Europe, Asia and the Americas (e.g., Portugal, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Jamaica, Thailand).

Conscious connection is part of the program, as per the practices, and always optional. Any touch practice is guided, consent based, and adjustable to your comfort level. It is in no way pure sexual focus.

We teach sacred intimacy, we teach love, not explicit sexuality. Our focus is presence, energy, consent, and heart connection. The space is sober and boundaried. No nudity is part of the program in any way.

Our workshops and retreats are open to both singles and couples. You don’t need any previous experience with Tantra, yoga, or meditation. What matters most is an open heart and a willingness to explore. We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and sexual orientations into our circles.

We welcome around 30–40 participants per retreat. We aim for a balanced mix of genders, but please note this can vary slightly from retreat to retreat. Both singles and couples attend, and we create an environment where everyone feels included, regardless of gender identity or relationship status.

Yes, you may arrive a day earlier or leave a day later if your flight schedule requires it. Extra nights are not included in the retreat package, but you can easily book a nearby hotel or guesthouse.

Absolutely. This workshop is crafted to benefit both singles and couples, offering everyone a safe space for self-exploration and connection.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Usually a yoga mat & pillow (booster) is also required which you will be informed via email.

There’s a no cancellation policy for our workshops. If informed 30 days prior to the workshop, participants are allowed to transfer to another workshop if spots are available.

Yes, we will have scheduled breaks throughout the day, including a lunch break and time for tea and reflection. Feel free to bring snacks or a water bottle if needed.

Meals and accommodation are not included in this workshop. However, there are several nearby cafes and restaurants where you can get lunch during the break, or you’re welcome to bring your own meal.

To maintain a comfortable and intimate atmosphere, spaces are limited. We aim to cater a group of 25 individuals that is supportive and allows for meaningful connection.
