Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking any programme with Tantra School of Love. By registering or making payment you confirm your agreement with these terms.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, registrations, and participation in programmes offered by Tantra School of Love, operated by Eyescene Group International, a US-based organisation (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By completing a booking, making a payment, or registering for any of our programmes — whether a retreat, workshop, mentorship, online course, academy programme, or gift voucher — you (“the participant”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

General Terms – All Programmes

1.1 Eligibility

• All participants must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age before or during any programme.
• By booking, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and that there are no known conditions that would prevent your safe participation.
• Tantra School of Love programmes are open to all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures unless a programme is specifically stated to be gender-restricted (e.g. women-only retreats).

1.2 Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• You will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days of payment being received. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all details submitted at the time of booking are accurate, including your full name, contact details, and any health disclosures.

1.3 Minimum Numbers

• All programmes require a minimum number of participants to run. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the programme.
• You will be notified by email at least 21 days before the programme start date if a programme is cancelled or rescheduled due to insufficient bookings.
• We strongly recommend not booking non-refundable travel (flights, accommodation outside the retreat venue) until you have received final confirmation that your programme is proceeding.

1.4 Programme Changes

• While we make every effort to deliver programmes as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, facilitators, venue, or content where necessary to ensure the best experience for participants.
• We will notify participants of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible. Minor adjustments to the daily schedule do not constitute a material change.

1.5 Discounts & Promotional Offers

• Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only for the specific event or period stated and cannot be combined with other discounts.
• Only one discount is applicable per person per booking.
• Discounts apply only to the full amount and not to partial deposits or instalment payments unless otherwise stated.
• Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1.6 Payment Methods

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or such other methods as listed on our booking pages.
• All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Bank transfer fees and payment processing fees are the responsibility of the participant.
• Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of your booking deposit is the price applicable to your booking.

1.7 Instalment Plans

• Instalment plans are available on request for retreat and academy programmes. Contact us at info@tantraschooloflove.com to arrange a plan.
• All outstanding payments must be completed by the balance due date stated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your place without refund of amounts already paid.

Retreats

Foundation Retreats · Art of Love · Couples Immersion

This section applies to all residential retreat programmes offered by Tantra School of Love, including the True Nature of Love Foundation Retreats (Belgium, China, Thailand, Costa Rica), the Art of Love Advanced Retreat, and any future retreat programmes.

2.1 Deposits

2.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy — Retreats

Deposit Transfer: If you are unable to attend, your deposit may be transferred to the next available TSOL Foundation Retreat of your choice, subject to availability. Transfers are permitted only once per booking. Please notify us at least 30 days before the retreat start date to arrange a transfer.

2.3 Accommodation

• Accommodation is included in the retreat price as stated on the relevant programme page.
• Room assignments are made by Tantra School of Love and, while we will do our best to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee specific room types unless they have been confirmed at the time of booking.
• In the unlikely event that the stated venue becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to arrange equivalent alternative accommodation nearby.
• Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or accommodation during their stay.

2.4 Meals

• Where stated on the programme page, meals are included (typically 3 meals per day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
• Vegetarian, Vegan, and Ayurvedic meal options are provided as standard.
• Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of specific allergens.

2.5 Arrival & Departure

• Participants must arrive at the retreat venue on the check-in date and time stated in their booking confirmation. Late arrival may result in missing the opening ceremony or initial sessions.
• You can only participate in the retreat by attending all scheduled days. Partial attendance is not permitted — you may not join midway through a programme, and your stay cannot be shortened once commenced.
• We strongly recommend reserving at least one additional day of rest after the retreat to allow for integration of the experience before resuming daily responsibilities.

2.6 Travel & Insurance

• Participants are responsible for all travel arrangements and costs to and from the retreat venue, including flights, ground transportation, and visas.
• Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering medical emergencies, cancellation, and personal liability. Tantra School of Love does not accept liability for travel disruptions or associated costs.
• For international retreats (China, Thailand, Costa Rica), participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary entry visas. An official invitation letter will be provided upon registration to support visa applications where applicable.
• We strongly advise not booking non-refundable flights until you have received written confirmation that the programme is proceeding.

Workshops

Tantra Essence · Couples Weekend · Conscious Couples · Women’s Weekend · Taste of Tantra

This section applies to all in-person workshop programmes, including Tantra Essence, Couples Weekend Workshop, Conscious Couples Workshop, the Women’s Weekend, Taste of Tantra, and any other day or weekend workshops offered by Tantra School of Love.

3.1 Payments

• Workshops may be paid in full at the time of booking, or with a deposit as stated on the programme page.
• Full payment must be received no later than 3 weeks before the workshop start date.
• Early Bird prices are available for a limited time and revert to the full price on the stated deadline. Early Bird prices cannot be applied retroactively.

3.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy — Workshops

• We do not offer refund for any of our workshops, we can, however, entertain the request to transfer the participant to any of the upcoming workshop, if informed timely.

3.3 Punctuality

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the stated start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the workshop has begun, in order to protect the experience of the group.
• You are required to attend the full duration of the workshop. Partial attendance does not qualify for a partial refund.

3.4 What to Bring

• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and floor-based practice.
• A yoga mat and cushion/bolster (you will be informed via your confirmation email if these are provided at the venue).
• A water bottle.
• An open heart and a willingness to explore.

3.5 Couples Workshops

• Workshops listed as “Couples Only” require attendance as a couple (two people in an intimate or committed relationship attending together).
• Both partners must complete individual registration and payment.

Private Mentorship

This section applies to all private 1:1 and couples mentorship programmes offered by Tantra School of Love, including sessions with Omid Offer and other TSOL facilitators.

4.1 Booking & Payment

• Mentorship sessions are booked in blocks (typically 4 hours / 4 sessions) as stated on the programme page.
• Full payment for each block is required before sessions begin.
• Sessions are non-refundable once a block has been purchased. Unused sessions within a block may be transferred, subject to facilitator availability.

4.2 Scheduling & Rescheduling

• Sessions are scheduled mutually between the participant and the facilitator.
• If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited without refund.
• The facilitator may reschedule a session with reasonable notice in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. No refund is due in this case; the session will be rescheduled.

4.3 Confidentiality

• All mentorship sessions are strictly confidential. The facilitator will not share the content of your sessions with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.
• By engaging in mentorship, you also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared by your facilitator during sessions.

4.4 Application-Based Access

• Mentorship programmes may require a preliminary consultation or application. Acceptance into the programme is at the sole discretion of Tantra School of Love.
• Any payment made at the application stage will be refunded in full if your application is unsuccessful.

Online Courses & App Subscription

Conscious Couples Online · Awakening Female Bliss · TSOL App

5.1 Access

• Access to online courses and the Tantra School Of Love App is granted upon receipt of full payment.
• Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not share access with any other person.
• Tantra School of Love reserves the right to revoke access in the event of misuse, breach of these Terms, or violation of our Code of Conduct.

5.2 Lifetime Access Courses

• Where “lifetime access” is stated, this means access for as long as the course is hosted on our platform. Tantra School of Love reserves the right to retire courses from its platform with at least 90 days’ notice to enrolled participants.
• Course content is subject to updates and improvements. Module order or content may change without prior notice.

5.3 App Subscription

• The Tantra School Of Love App subscription is billed annually (or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder at least 14 days before renewal.
• To cancel your subscription, please email info@tantraschooloflove.com at least 7 days before your renewal date.
• Refunds are not available for subscription periods already paid, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

5.4 Refunds — Online Courses

• Once any course module has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.
• Live session components of online courses (Zoom calls, live masterclasses) are non-refundable once attended.

5.5 Technical Requirements

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device to access online content. Tantra School of Love is not liable for technical issues on the participant’s end.

Code of Conduct

Tantra School of Love is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, facilitators, and staff. By joining any programme, you agree to the following:

8.1 Consent & Boundaries

• All touch-based partner practices are explicitly consent-based. You have the right to decline or modify any practice at any time without explanation.
• You must respect the boundaries and consent of all other participants at all times. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.
• Nudity and explicit sexual contact are not part of any TSOL programme. Behaviour of this nature constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate removal.

8.2 Respect & Inclusion

• All participants must treat fellow participants, facilitators, venue staff, and others with dignity and respect, regardless of gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or background.
• Discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behaviour — verbal, physical, or otherwise — is not tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.

8.3 Substance Policy

• Tantra School of Love programmes are 100% alcohol-, tobacco-, and drug-free environments during all sessions and within retreat premises.
• We strongly encourage participants to abstain from all substances throughout the duration of any residential retreat, in order to maximise the depth of their experience.
• If you choose to consume alcohol or tobacco, this must be done outside the venue premises and in no way that affects the experience of other participants.
• Any participant found to be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances during a programme session will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be provided.

8.4 Punctuality & Attendance

• Full attendance is required for all scheduled sessions. Habitual lateness or absence disrupts the group experience and may result in being asked to leave without refund.
• Where absence from a session is unavoidable due to illness or emergency, please notify the facilitator as soon as possible.

8.5 Programme-Only Relationships

• While connections formed during our programmes can be meaningful and lasting, we ask that you maintain clear boundaries with facilitators during the programme itself. Facilitators are here in a professional capacity and maintain ethical boundaries in their interactions with participants.

Right to Remove: Tantra School of Love reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme at any time, without refund, if their behaviour is deemed harmful, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms or our Code of Conduct. This decision rests solely with the lead facilitator.

Health, Wellbeing & Medical Disclosure

9.1 Health Disclosure

• All participants are required to disclose, prior to booking, any physical injuries, chronic health conditions, psychiatric conditions, or history of psychological trauma that may affect their ability to participate safely.
• This information is held in strict confidence and is used only to support your safe participation in the programme.

9.2 Medical Conditions

• Our programmes include physical movement, breathwork, emotional processing, and partner exercises. If you have any condition that may limit your participation in these activities, please consult a qualified medical professional before booking.
• Tantra School of Love programmes are designed for healthy, mentally stable adults. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, therapy, or psychiatric care.
• If you have an injury or condition and still wish to attend, please contact us before booking. We will do our best to accommodate you where safe to do so.

9.3 During the Programme

• Facilitators are not licensed medical professionals. In the event of a medical emergency during any programme, emergency services will be contacted immediately.
• Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and safety during the programme.
• You are responsible for bringing any required personal medication and managing your own medical needs throughout the programme.

Privacy, Photography & Media

11.1 Data Privacy

• Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at tantraschooloflove.com.
• We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and deliver your programme, and we do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• Health information disclosed for participation purposes is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is accessible only to the facilitator(s) of your programme.

11.2 Photography & Video Recording

• Photography and video recording by participants is not permitted during any programme sessions without explicit permission from the lead facilitator and all individuals who may be captured.
• Tantra School of Love may photograph or film sessions for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. You will be informed in advance and may opt out at any time. You will not be included in promotional material without your express written consent.
• Recording of sessions (audio or video) by participants for personal use is not permitted without prior written consent from Tantra School of Love and the lead facilitator.

11.3 Testimonials

• If you provide a testimonial or review, you grant Tantra School of Love a non-exclusive right to use your words and first name in our marketing materials, website, and social media. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

Governing Law & Amendments

12.1 Amendments

• Tantra School of Love reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at tantraschooloflove.com/terms-and-conditions.
• Continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• For bookings already made, the Terms in effect at the time of booking apply, unless the change is required by law.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any programme-specific information provided at the time of booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tantra School of Love in relation to your participation in any programme.
