A 7-day journey back to yourself. Back to love. Back to what matters most.
There is a version of you that knows how to love fully.
You’ve felt it — briefly, in moments. When your heart cracked open. When you felt truly seen by someone. When life felt rich and alive and real.
And then it closed again.
Maybe it was hurt. Maybe it was years of being told to be practical, to hold it together, to stop feeling so much. Maybe you’ve been in a relationship that looks fine on the outside but feels distant on the inside. Or maybe you’re single, and no matter how much you work on yourself, real intimacy still feels just out of reach.
You’re not broken. You’ve just never been given the tools.
This retreat exists because most of us were never taught how to love.
We were taught to perform. To manage. To keep our hearts protected behind a wall of doing, achieving, and surviving.
Tantra says something radical: the love you are looking for is already inside you. The True Nature of Love Foundation Retreat is the doorway to finding it — not as a concept, but as a felt, lived, embodied experience.
In 7 days together, everything changes.
This retreat is for you if….
You feel lonely — even when you’re not alone.
You want deeper intimacy but don’t know how to get there without it feeling forced or vulnerable in the wrong way.
You’ve done therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts — and something is still missing.
Your relationship has lost its spark and you don’t know how to bring it back.
You’re single and tired of patterns that keep repeating themselves.
You feel disconnected from your body, your desire, your aliveness.
You sense that there is more to life — more joy, more love, more presence — but you can’t seem to access it.
You don’t need to have any experience with Tantra. You don’t need to be spiritual. You just need to be willing to show up — honestly, openly, and ready.
What happens in 7 days
This is not a lecture. It is not a seminar. It is a living, breathing experience — and it will meet you exactly where you are.
Over 7 deeply held days, guided by Omid Offer and our team of experienced facilitators, you will:
Come home to your body — learn to feel safe, alive, and present in your own skin again. For many participants, this alone is life-changing.
Understand the language of energy — discover how life force moves through you, where it gets blocked, and how to let it flow freely again into love, creativity, and presence.
Heal the places that still hurt — in a safe, trauma-aware container, old wounds around love, intimacy, shame, and connection begin to soften and release.
Learn to love without losing yourself — explore what conscious intimacy actually feels like, whether you are single or in a relationship.
Find your tribe — something extraordinary happens when a group of real people decide to show up without masks. You will not leave the same. Neither will they.
Carry it home with you — every practice, every insight is designed for real life. This isn’t something that stays at the retreat. It comes with you.

A note from Omid
“I created this retreat because I know what it feels like to be cut off from love, from others and from myself. I spent years searching. What I found was that the love I was looking for was never somewhere out there. It was in here, waiting. This retreat is my invitation to you to come find it. I’ll be right there beside you.”
A heart centered spiritual path that integrates classical and modern practices of meditation, breathwork, embodiment, and relational practices to cultivate presence, love, and freedom in everyday life.
Do I need experience?
No. Our intro evenings and weekends as well as our online courses are designed for beginners. Our flagship Tantra Foundation 7 day Retreats welcome mixed levels — both singles and couples — with clear guidance and options.
How can I start my Tantra journey with you?
You can begin by joining our 4-hour Taste of Tantra evening workshop, a 2-day Tantra Essence workshop, or one of our 7 days retreats. If you feel called to deeper, personalized guidance, our Mentorship program is available for singles and couples.
Our school is founded on a simple principle: Love is the path and the destination. Unlike schools that focus only on the physical or only on the mystical, we bring both together. We empower the feminine essence at the core of our method, create safe, inclusive spaces for singles and couples, teach practical tools you can use in everyday life — not just at a retreat — and hold a strong ethical foundation to protect the integrity of Tantra.
Where do you host retreats?
Tantra School of Love is an international school with presence in various countries around the world — with strong presence in Europe, Asia and the Americas (e.g., Portugal, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Jamaica, Thailand).
Who leads the programs?
Founder Omid Offer and an international seasoned team of highly experienced facilitators. See Team for current bios.
Is touch involved?
Conscious connection is part of the program, as per the practices, and always optional. Any touch practice is guided, consent based, and adjustable to your comfort level. It is in no way pure sexual focus.
Is Tantra School Of Love sexual?
We teach sacred intimacy, we teach love, not explicit sexuality. Our focus is presence, energy, consent, and heart connection. The space is sober and boundaried. No nudity is part of the program in any way.
Is this for couples, singles, or both?
Both. We clearly mark couples-specific and mixed-group events.
Who can join our Tantra workshops or retreats?
Our workshops and retreats are open to both singles and couples. You don’t need any previous experience with Tantra, yoga, or meditation. What matters most is an open heart and a willingness to explore. We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and sexual orientations into our circles.
What happens at a Tantra School of Love workshop?
Each workshop is carefully designed as a journey. Depending on the format (1-day, 2-day, or retreat), you may experience:
Guided meditations and breath-work.
Movement and body awareness practices.
Heart-opening rituals.
Conscious partner exercises (always with clear boundaries and respect).
Sharing circles for integration.
The focus is always on presence, love, and authentic connection.
How is Tantra helpful for couples?
For couples, Tantra offers powerful tools to:
Reignite passion and intimacy.
Communicate with more openness and honesty.
Transform conflict into deeper connection.
Create sacred rituals that strengthen your relationship.
Couples often say our retreats help them fall in love again — not with a new person, but with each other.

How is Tantra helpful for singles?
If you are single, Tantra helps you:
Heal from past relationships and release old patterns.
Cultivate self-love and body awareness.
Attract healthier, more authentic relationships.
Feel more alive, confident, and connected in daily life.
Why do people choose mentorship instead of just a workshop?
Workshops give you an immersive experience, but mentorship provides ongoing support. Through one-on-one or couples mentorship, you receive personalized guidance, practices, and integration so the transformation doesn’t fade after a weekend — it becomes a way of life.
What results can I expect from practicing Tantra?
Every journey is unique, but many people experience:
More presence and peace of mind.
Greater intimacy and passion in relationships.
Freedom from shame, fear, or emotional blocks.
A deeper connection to their true essence.
The courage to live with love at the center of life.
Where do you hold your workshops and retreats?
We host workshops in multiple European cities such as Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Brussels, Antwerp and Berlin, and retreats in stunning locations like Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Thailand, Costa Rica, Jamaica and beyond. Each venue is chosen for its natural beauty and supportive environment for deep work.

Yes — when practiced with integrity. At the Tantra School of Love, we uphold strict boundaries and a strong ethical code to ensure that every participant feels safe, respected, and supported. Consent, openness, and respect are the pillars of all our spaces.
Is Tantra School of Love open for beginners?
Yes, Tantra School of Love welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Our programs cater to individuals and couples seeking to explore Tantra’s principles and practices at any level.
What is the difference between Classical Tantra and Modern Tantra?
Classical Tantra is the ancient spiritual tradition rooted in deep meditation, rituals, mantra, and philosophy — its goal was union with the divine and liberation of consciousness.
Modern Tantra adapts these timeless teachings to the needs of contemporary life. It integrates practices of intimacy, embodiment, and emotional healing, offering practical tools for deeper connection with self and others.
At the Tantra School of Love, our unique approach is a bridge between the two: we honor the sacred roots of Classical Tantra while offering accessible, heart-centered Modern practices for today’s world.
What language is the retreat conducted in?
The retreat is facilitated in English, with support in Dutch and French where needed.
