Karolin Tsarski
Holistic Sexuality Coach
Karolin’s journey into holistic intimacy wellness education stems from her own deeply personal transformation. For many years, she felt disconnected from her body and unable to experience enjoyable intimacy, avoiding the topic out of embarrassment and self-doubt. While it seemed so natural for others, she struggled to access that part of herself. After years of ignoring the issue, she finally decided to face it, leading her on a path of exploration and intimate self-discovery.
Her journey began in 2008 when she took her first Tantra course, which gradually helped her reconnect with her body. However, her experience was not linear—diving blindly into workshops, she unknowingly crossed her own boundaries, which eventually left her with a phobia of touch. She had to relearn how to truly listen to her body, rebuild trust within herself, and find safe spaces to explore intimacy. With time, she began to experience deeply ecstatic and blissful states of intimacy, ones she never imagined were possible.
This personal awakening ignited a deep passion in her—she knew that everyone is capable of experiencing fulfilling intimacy, but true transformation can only happen when it is explored in a safe and conscious way. Wanting to deepen her understanding and help others on their own paths, she turned to science. She began studying the physiological and psychological aspects of intimacy, merging ancient teachings with scientific research. She collaborated with Dr. Jim Pfaus, a leading scientist in the field of orgasms, and in 2019, she presented a study at the IASR Science Conference on self-induced whole-body energetic orgasms without genital stimulation and their effects on hormonal levels.
Her research and personal experiences culminated in her master’s degree in Clinical Sexology and Couple Therapy in 2022, where she wrote a thesis on orgasms and the methods to achieve deeper pleasure and satisfaction, blending Tantric, Taoist, and scientific knowledge. That same year, her case study on energetic orgasms was published in the Oxford Academic Journal. Her journey has also led her to write and publish her first book, What Do Women Want in Bed: How to Become The Best She Has Ever Had, in Estonia in 2021.
