Lotte Ritzer

Facilitator

Lotte Ritzer is a cultural anthropologist and facilitator. With over 15 years of experience leading retreats and workshops, she works at the intersection of ancient wisdom, embodiment, and what it means to be human in a world of disconnection and speed.

At the heart of her work is a simple but essential question: what has been lost in our relationship with life itself — and what is asking to be remembered?

She creates spaces where people can slow down, become more present, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Through her work, she explores connection, belonging, and our capacity for genuine relationship — with ourselves, with one another, and with the world around us.

Her background in Cultural Anthropology is enriched by tantra, somatics, dance, ritual, and non-dual philosophy. She weaves these traditions and practices into an embodied exploration of what it means to live, relate, and belong in contemporary life.

At heart, she is a lifelong student of what it means to be human.

Her background is enriched by body-mind practices rooted in ancient traditions such as Yoga, Buddhism, Tantra, Ayurveda, and non-dual philosophy, as well as contemporary disciplines including dance, somatics, and social psychology. Lotte’s theoretical foundation is further strengthened by her MSc in Cultural Anthropology and Sociology of Non-Western Societies, which fuels her commitment to integrating diverse approaches in her work.
