Terms and Conditions

1. Registration:

• Workshop registration requires full payment in advance to secure a spot. You will receive a confirmation email for your payment when it has been processed. 
• Mentorship requires payment according to the agreed-upon schedule or terms.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation of workshop or mentorship registration/ticket is non-refundable.
• Workshops or mentoring sessions are not eligible for refunds unless the case is an exception and will be reviewed accordingly.
• Rescheduling of workshops or mentoring sessions is subject to availability and may be reviewed first.
• In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances by the organizer, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.

3. Participant Responsibility:

• Attendees must arrive before or on time for workshops or mentoring sessions.
• Participants are expected to adhere to the guidelines provided during the program or session.

4. Code of Conduct:

• Respectful and appropriate behavior is mandatory during workshops or mentoring sessions. 
• Disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the program or session without refunds.

5. Disclaimer:

• The workshop or mentoring program aims to provide guidance and education; however, individual outcomes may vary.
• Participants are responsible for their actions, decisions, and the application of any teachings or guidance received.

6. Modifications:

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel workshops or mentoring sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be duly informed.

7. Confidentiality:

• Confidentiality is maintained for all mentoring sessions, and participant information will not be shared without consent.

8. Governing Law:

• Any disputes arising from the workshop or mentoring sessions will be subject to the governing laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
• It is assumed that participants of the workshop and mentorship are adults and are responsible for their decisions and actions.

The workshop is free from alcohol, and other drugs. We kindly ask you to refrain from using mobile phones near workshop spaces. Love and respect yourself and others: choose appropriate clothes for classes and meditations.
