Charcy Ye

Lead Facilitator

Charcy lives by one principle: love and service are the foundation of life. For her, this is not a philosophy—it is practice, sadhana embedded in every moment. Actioning from the heart, from love and devotion, is how she moves through work, relationships, leadership, personal growth, and healing.

As the facilitator and the Head of Growth at Tantra School of Love, she dedicates herself to facilitating the transformation of everyone connected to the school. Her own journey has been a continuous return to the heart—through chaos, darkness, discipline, and the daily act of choosing love again and again.

Born during a rare earthquake in Shanghai—laughing as an infant amidst the shaking—Charcy knew early that peace was something she had to create. Her childhood was marked by domestic violence, family collapse, and bankruptcy. At 11, feeling trapped by society's expectations, she left alone to study in the United States. Living with a loving New England family surrounded by nature, she tasted real love for the first time—connecting with people with love and presence, learning that the heart could be a home of deep peace.

Later, in New York, toxic relationships and heartbreaks left her exhausted, depressed, burned out, and even homeless—hungry, cold, purely struggling in survival mode. That darkness became her salvation. She found her Guru and the Himalayan Kriya Yoga lineage—a fully Tantric path of purification, calibration, and alignment, leading to connection and union from oneself to the entire universe. Three months in India shifted everything. For nearly a decade, she has practiced daily—as the very ground of life, actioning from love in every role she holds.

As a modern yogi, she became the youngest Asian female Director in a male-dominated corporate world, surrounded by people much older than her. She leads her team with love and devotion; under her guidance, they transform and thrive. She brought Himalayan Kriya Yoga to China, facilitating sessions for adults and teenagers, watching their lives open. Her own relationship with her parents healed in this process.

When she met Offer and the Tantra School of Love, it felt like home. She let go of the life she had built and joined the school fully. Charcy deeply believes that we are all connected, that we are all one. When one person learns to live from the heart, to action from love as daily sadhana, the world becomes a better place.
